This session will share the learning from the recently published 'SAR (Safeguarding Adults Review) Joseph'. It will explore the key findings and themes arising from the review including:
- working with people who have Prada Willi Syndrome
- Mental capacity and deprivation of liberty safegaurds
- Self-neglect
- Hospital passports, and
- The impact of moving between local authority areas.
The session will also share some of the outputs from this review and further work being undertaken by the Sunderland Safeguarding Adults Board, and will conclude with the opportunity to ask questions.
